Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms

     

     We at Swiftly Clean LLC value your business and strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we have established the following Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms (collectively, the “Terms”), which we kindly ask you to review. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.


Cancellation Policy

    To maintain efficient scheduling, the following charges will apply for cancellations of scheduled services, unless the cancellation is due to Swiftly Clean LLC’s fault (e.g., failure to perform the scheduled service):

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning service cost.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled service start time will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled cleaning service cost.

    All cancellation notices must be provided in writing via email to swiftlycleanit@gmail.com to be effective. Cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies or force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from fees at Swiftly Clean LLC’s discretion.

     

     If repeated cancellations occur, Swiftly Clean LLC reserves the right to require negotiation of a new service agreement, which may include additional terms such as prepayment requirements or service suspension until resolved. Failure to agree to a new service agreement may result in suspension of services until all outstanding fees are paid and terms are mutually agreed upon.


Payment Authorization

     To streamline future bookings and ensure timely payment for services or applicable cancellation fees, we require a valid credit or debit card to be placed on file. By providing your credit or debit card information to Swiftly Clean LLC, you authorize Swiftly Clean LLC (and its authorized payment processors) to charge the card for all services rendered, applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the Cancellation Policy, and any other amounts due under these Terms. This authorization is ongoing and remains in effect until revoked in writing. You may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice, but services may be suspended until an alternative payment method is established.

     

     We utilize secure, industry-standard merchant processing services to protect your payment information. Your card details will be stored securely in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Swiftly Clean LLC is not responsible for unauthorized charges if you fail to notify your card issuer promptly in accordance with their policies. Charges will only be applied for services performed, cancellations as specified, or other amounts expressly agreed upon. You will receive a receipt for all transactions via email or mail. In the event of a billing dispute, please contact us in writing within 30 days of the charge at swiftlycleanit@gmail.com or (602) 649-5644.


Zelle Payment Option

       Customers who prefer to pay via Zelle in lieu of providing a credit or debit card must submit a deposit equal to the full cost of the scheduled service in advance of each booking. This deposit will be applied toward the service cost upon completion or, in the event of cancellation, in the same manner as outlined in the Cancellation Policy: 50% retained for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time, and 100% retained for cancellations 24 hours or less before the scheduled service start time. Any unused portion of the deposit for completed services will be refunded within 7 business days via Zelle to the originating account, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Administrative Fee for Returned Payments

       In the event of any returned payment (including, but not limited to, chargebacks, non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks, or disputed Zelle transfers), Swiftly Clean LLC will charge an administrative fee of 30% of the original transaction amount to cover processing and collection costs. This fee is in addition to the full original amount owed, which must be repaid immediately. Failure to pay the original amount and administrative fee within 10 days may result in suspension of services, referral to collections, and/or legal action. All fees and charges under these Terms are reasonable and agreed upon in advance.


Acknowledgment of All Terms

        By continuing to use the services of Swiftly Clean LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms outlined in this document, including but not limited to the Cancellation Policy, Payment Authorization, Zelle Payment Option (if applicable), and Administrative Fee for Returned Payments. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Swiftly Clean LLC. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
